Something about getting out in the fells feels revitalising, the clean air and absence of man-mad machinary….it feels like it purifies your mind, removing the stresses of the 9-5 rat race.
Not only that, it strengths your body and your mental resolve, it’s an activity worth sticking with.

It takes a little motivation to get out and do but once you’ve conquered another fell, you feel a sense of achievement gain a new resistance to the elements and gain the balance and leg power of a mountain goat.

The fells are a reassuring constant, a pillar of strength that remains in spite of the ever changing nature of the tumultuous world we occupy during the working week.
